Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used hair care products.
